1-up & Mushroom Pixel Cookie
2-faced: Big Big Big and 1-up:

Pixelated cookie credits!
Thanks to the great pixel-cookie tutorial at Instructables and this photostream made by SeattleJonman.
The sprite used (pictured on the right) is a 4-color simplification of the one found here, and was originally featured in the SNES game Super Mario All-stars.
Full disclosure: This was a test cookie to learn the process (I was quite the pixel-cookie noob). It was made from several slightly different mixes of dough, and built over several sessions (being frozen in between). This makes it less fit for consumption but still quite nice to look at.

I only decided to do a 2 faced piece when I started laying the first red lines (my initial choice). Adding in the green makes for a combined total of 306 Playdough pressed lines (16×16=256 + 50 (green)) spread over 5 colors, or 256 pixels over 4 colors per finished cookie (well 5 colors for the middle ones). Really way too much for a cookie is what I’m saying.

The freezing and different dough mixes caused problems when trying to do the minification through pressure described by Evil Mad Scientist, although the sheer thickness and cooling cycles also had a lot to do with the skewed results.

It looks tasty, anyway!
